At Alsalar, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of our paste spices, we are here to help.

 

Eligibility for Refund:

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

The product must be returned in its original packaging.

 

Process for Refund:

Upon receiving your request, we will provide further instructions on how to return the product.

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our refund eligibility criteria.

If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued using the original method of payment.

 

Exclusions:

Products that have been stored improperly (e.g., not refrigerated) will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will not be granted if the product is damaged due to mishandling or negligence after delivery.

 

Shipping Costs:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
